This plug-in splitter is ideal "device" for connecting cable modem into existing TV outlet. Except of other splitters, Internet Optimizer has built-in diplex filter, which optimizes frequency characteristics in return path in order to isolate potential ingress.

Higher isolation enables to achieve better Signal to Noise ratio and thus increase the modulation profile of miniCMTS from QAM64 to QAM256. This enables to provide higher speeds of internet to the customers.
